They were great while servicing my 2008 ford taurus last Monday. I dropped it off after work and I went ahead and told them what I had fixed on the car and what i believed the problem to be, they got right to it the next morning. The part was ordered that morning and my car was fixed within 3 days of dropping it off. They communicated with me throughout the entire experience so i knew exactly what was going on with my car. Labor prices were on the higher side, but with the quality of work they did, i can see why they charged what they did. They even reattached the hose assembly i detached while working on the car. They definitely pay attention to details. This has been a wonderful experience, and i know where I'm going if i ever need any work on my cars. Had my radiator replaced had it tow in on Tuesday night around 6:00pm I received a call Wednesday morning around 8:30am from Rick who explained in detail the problem. By 11:00 car was finished and I haven't had and more problems. They even diagnosed and share with me other things I need to do. These guys rock!

Like the people, like the outside sitting. Google map is allitle confused about getting here. Located on Gordon hwy. Across from little caesar's. Got my car checked and diagnosed in minutes. Showed the work and estimate BeFore the work. No surprises. Here it is months later. Had to take my Kia back to the team at The. GARAGE. They received car on Monday. Fixed with parts from dealership and had it ready for pi k the next day. The local kia dealership could not give me a appointment for 23 days. 23 Days just to look at the car. How many more to get it back. Thank you guys at the Garage on Gordon Highway.

Have been in Augusta, Ga for almost 40 years, we have had lots of vehicles and lots of repair shops. But one of the best is The Garage. We have had several different types of repairs done and were always satisfied. They have even dealt with insurance adjusters and insurance claims for us. The gentleman there are always polite and helpful and I feel the work we have had to have done was done as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Jeep quoted me $2400 to replace my radiator and thermostat. My daughter recommended "The Garage" since they had replaced her transmission and had done a great job doing it. Not only did they go get my jeep from jeep in Aiken, SC... but my jeep was ready the next afternoon for pickup! Amazing. It wasn't $2400 either! I won't be going to Jeep again for repairs. I'll be coming here! Next job will be brakes. Not wrestling those 35in tires again!

The Garage on Gordon Highway has always provided good service to our vehicles. They do their best to accommodate you. We've had to pop up numerous times for tire checks, door latches, and some other vehicle issues. It's good that they take walk-ins and you don't have to be there half of the day.

I purchase my own oil and filter and bring it to them to do the oil change, and they are the greatest. They just charge me the service fee and that's it. Very friendly and helpful.

8/9/22 UPDATE These guys are just the greatest! Once again, took my truck in, they did exactly as they quoted me, for the exact same price and did it properly!!! Additionally I do believe I read there is a warranty on the work they performed! I will and DO recommend these guys to anyone!!! Thank you Ryan and everyone else for making this a very good experience!!! These guys are truly the BEST!!! I could not have been happier with their service, both customer and vehicle!!! They got my vehicle in promptly, they did the repair just as I asked without trying to pressure me for more, in fact I requested an estimate for more repairs and they won the bid instantly! I will be returning tomorrow for that service. Ryan was very respectful and considerate and most of all honest! What more could I ask for. Oh yeah the repairs done properly and they were!!! I have been coming to The Garage on Gordon HWY since they opened. While the owner has a unique sense of humor that can take a minute to get used to, you won't find a more honest and sincere person. Most (if not all) of his family has been involved at one point or another and they are wonderful people to know. He has excellent technicians and mechanics working for him now. Unfortunately, he does get someone less than competent/professional at times. Excellent place to take care of your vehicle(s).

It's really hard finding an auto repair shop that don't make you feel like you're "just another customer" but they were the freaking best and will from now on be our home auto repair shop. I went here after having my car looked at somewhere else. They figured out the problem and wanted to charge me over 2500... That was wayyyyy too high for what the problems were. My car was burning oil and they fixed the leak and it was more then half of what the first place charged me. Not only that but they fixed my skid plate by putting more bolts in it when I didn't even ask for it to be done since the last place wanted to charge be 200-300 get a new skid plate. Best place I've went to and I plan on going here more often. Fast. Good prices. Professional. I love it and I'm so grateful that I was told about this place.

I brought my 2002 Honda Civic here when I had lost all hope of it getting back right on the road Russell, Demetrius, Will And Mike, Solved a lot of my Issues with my Car, now it runs SUPERB!!!!I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO COME TO THE GARAGE BECAUSE IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED and the Oil Change is Cheaper - Kind of Pricey$$$$$ but, if you your Car, you'll trust THESE GUYS to do the In Thinkable before and AFTER.

Lexus and Toyota shops charge very high. Decided to do the 120,000 mile service at the Garage On Gordon Highway. The owner, a polite gentleman went over the details of repairs and maintenance with me and provided me with his personal advice and let me decide what to do. I had done my homework before going there and he was right on the mark. The service was done the same day. I appreciate the expert knowledge of their shop and their two-year warranty on their service. I forgot to add that their price was almost about 40% lower than Lexus and Toyota shops.
